Please check your Order Status from your Profile,
If it says “Pending” that means there have been an unsuccessful payment or customer hasn’t gone to the checkout page
If it says “Processing” that means your order have successfully placed and the payment have been done successfully, and our Team is preparing your order with care.
If it says “Completed” that means your order has been dispatched from Sarasavi Webstore, you will receive an email with the tracking number to your registered email address.
